Baji88 Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and Baji88 (hereinafter referred to as "Baji88", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports wagering services accessible at baji88.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or using the baji88 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the baji88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Registration by minors or on behalf of minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be the rightful holder of the payment methods used to fund your Account and must not use payment instruments belonging to any other person.
• You must not already hold an existing registered Account on the baji88 platform. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the baji88 platform for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of Baji88 or any of its affiliated entities.

4 Account Registration & Verification

When registering an Account on baji88, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly should any details change. Baji88 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid username, a secure password, a valid email address, and your date of birth. Baji88 may request additional information at any time for compliance purposes.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, or where required by our compliance obligations, baji88 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Acceptable documents include:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method(s) used to fund the Account (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account whilst authenticated with your credentials shall be attributed to you. You must notify baji88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing the baji88 platform, you agree to use our Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms. You acknowledge and accept the following:

• All wagers are placed voluntarily and at your own risk. Baji88 does not guarantee any outcome or return on any wager.
• The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services at all times.
• You are solely responsible for any taxes or levies arising from your winnings in your jurisdiction.
• Baji88 reserves the right to void any wager that is placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer operations and are final once confirmed.
• The English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translated version.

6 Deposits & Payment Methods

Baji88 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-friendly payment channels. Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers from major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are also supported via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and BNB.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits via Malaysian e-wallets and bank transfers are typically processed instantly or within 5–10 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times and are typically credited within 15–30 minutes of confirmation.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• Baji88 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Baji88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance subject to the following conditions:

• All KYC verification requirements must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 unless otherwise specified.
• E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• Baji88 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Any Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard operating hours will be queued for processing at the start of the next available processing window.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

Baji88 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on each promotion's terms page.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; live dealer, sports betting, and other game types may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.

Bonus Funds and any associated free bets or free spins are subject to expiry periods as specified in each promotion. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated expiry period will result in automatic forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

Baji88 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus or promotion if we have reasonable grounds to believe a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, employing systematic betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus conditions, or acting in collusion with other players.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Baji88 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at any given time unless expressly stated otherwise.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers, and other gaming activity placed on the baji88 platform are subject to the following general rules. Specific sport and game rules are published separately within each respective product section.

• A wager is confirmed only when a confirmation reference is issued by the system. Wagers that fail to receive confirmation are not valid.
• Baji88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrectly priced markets, suspended events, or events affected by significant technical errors.
• In-play (live) betting results are subject to official result confirmation. Baji88 uses official data providers and governing body results as the final authority.
• For football markets including EPL, La Liga, and Liga Super Malaysia matches, the result at the end of regulation time (90 minutes plus injury time) shall govern settlement unless otherwise specified.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and player account. baji88 reserves the right to restrict maximum bet amounts for any player or on any market at its discretion.
• Any winnings derived from voided bets or system errors will be reclaimed. baji88 is not liable for errors in settlements that are subsequently corrected.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji88 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account for personal use (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy intended to defraud baji88 or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's favour without reporting them to customer support immediately.
• Attempting to use the platform for money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other financial crime.
• Using payment methods belonging to third parties or engaging in any form of chargeback fraud.
• Accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward baji88 staff or other players.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Baji88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Player.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the Player under our Responsible Gambling programme.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or any other legal obligation requiring account closure or fund withholding.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed Account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baji88 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.

Baji88 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect your access to the platform.

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. Gambling inherently involves the risk of losing money. Baji88 does not guarantee any specific outcome from any wager and is not responsible for gaming decisions made by Players on the platform.

13 Responsible Gambling

Baji88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform offers a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. Players aged 21 and above only are permitted to use the platform. We take problem gambling seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased subject to a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period. Exclusions are enforced immediately and cover all baji88 services. Contact our support team to initiate a self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Optional session duration reminders can be enabled to alert you to the amount of time spent on the platform.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a temporary account suspension for a defined cooling-off period without permanently closing their Account.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Baji88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of the change. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications) may be made without prior notice.

Continued use of the baji88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the baji88 platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek resolution through our internal complaints process.

Baji88 will use its reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within a reasonable timeframe. Where resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, both parties may agree to seek mediation or arbitration as an alternative to litigation.

Nothing in this clause shall limit baji88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other rights.
